Responsibilities:

• Conducting and delivering the highest standard of administration duties to support achievement of project goals and target.
• Support project preparation and implementation, ranging from correspondence; managing and controlling of survey, installation, testing, and commissioning process; material and logistic forwarding including delivery of equipment to site during the project implementation; until payment closing.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Management/ Secretarial, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience as Administration Staff, preferably in a large IT/construction/distribution company
3. Having knowledge about tender process and documentation is highly desirable
4. Must be fluently in English, oral and written.
5. Mastery in using MS Office application.
6. Willing to work extra hour if necessary
