The Company is an Investment Manager Corporate majority-owned by PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), a State Owned Enterprise which was founded in 1999 by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to empower Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UKMK). The Company obtained a license as an Investment Manager pursuant to the Decree No. BAPEPAM. Kep-01/PM/MI/1998 dated January 27, 1998. Since its founding, the Company has focused its efforts in financial services and investment, with a special mission to realize the redistribution of ownership of assets in Indonesia.

Products and Services

The Company has experience as an investment manager for various business groups and financial institutions in Indonesia. The Company offers a range of investment products and services tailored to the needs of clients. Currently, the Company manages five (5) mutual fund products, namely PNM Prosperity Fund II, Sharia PNM, PNM SATISFIED, PNM and PNM Amanah Islamic Syariah Equity.

Sharia PNM Fund is a mutual fund that invests funds in a mixture of instruments of bonds, stocks and financial instruments in accordance with Shariah principles. PNM Fund Welfare Fund II is an fixed-income mutual funds that will invest in fixed income instruments issued by the Government and corporate bonds belonging to the investment grade. PNM Shariah Equity Fund is an equity fund that will invest funds in stocks of sharia.

SATISFIED PNM Fund is a money market fund, where investments will be allocated in money market instruments, while the PNM Fund Amanah Syariah is a fixed income fund that will invest in bonds or debt securities in accordance with Islamic principles.

The Company has established strategic alliances with PT. Bank Danamon to help the bank assess the creditworthiness of small and medium entrepreneurs. Agreement has been agreed covering the distribution of funds to employers who have a business prospective.
In order to support the PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) effort to develop alternative financing institutions in the region, the company provides cash management services for these institutions.

Requirements

• Hold minimum s1 from all majors
• Hold Licensee from Mutual Fund Sales Agent (WAPERD) or Securities Company Representative of BAPEPAM & LK
• At least 1 year working experience as Sales in Capital Market / Banking / Insurance
• Have a wide Customer / client base or the network is in Malang or Kediri or Jember and surrounding areas
• Have high skill in sales
• Placements : East Java especially Malang, Kediri and Jember
