PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, or ‘MASA’ (Company), is an Indonesian tire manufacturer located in Jl. Raya Lemahabang Km 58,3 Desa Karangsari Cikarang Timur – Bekasi Jawa Barat 17550. Company produce Motor Cycle Radial ‘MC’ and Passanger Car Radial ‘PCR’ for both own brand (Achilles, Corsa & Strada) and offtake, with the areas of marketing in domestic and international markets. The company was established in 1988 as PT Oroban Perkasa. At the beginning, the company’s layout, design technological assistance was from Pirelli-Italy. The company also received technical and distribution assistance from Continental GMbh-Germany. During the crisis in Asia in 1999, all liabilities of the Company transferred to the National Bank Restructuring Agency (“IBRA”).

The current era of business success started from when the Companywas taken over by new management (PVP XVII Pte Ltd and PT. Indokemika Jayatama) in 2004, and completed restructuring including debt-to-equity conversion and an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2005. From that moment ,the Company keeps on increasing production capacity and improving quality which is funded by equity and loan and syndication. Success continues with support from a larger dealer network, and a growing reputation of marked growth of the Company's products from year to year. From 2004 until 2010 the Company's net sales grew by a CAGR of 35%. This target was reachable due to the company achieving a good reputation for the products in the market domestically and internationally.

Increased sales and product recognition for the Company’s product by the automotive market in Indonesia and five continents of the world gave us the confidence to continue trying to improve performance in accordance with our status as a world-class tire manufacturer. Our products have obtained certification of compliance with quality standards both domestically and internationally.

Demand is currently quite good and exceeds production capacity, and the Company will strive to fulfill it by continuing to increase production capacity and continues to expand distribution network in both domestic and international markets as an effort to maintain and even increase their share of existing markets.
