GG has two divisions that supports its production and services :

• Engineering Service Center

The Engineering Service Center (SSC) handled steel structure engineering for various types of steel structure--from designs to fabrication. ESC provides standard components built by Gunung Steel Group under the concept of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB), which is supported by the availability of ready for use basic material, efficient machines and high quality products.

• Engineering Fabrication Contruction

Engineering Fabrication Contruction handled steel structure engineering for any kind of steel structure from design till fabrication. The EFC Department was established on 1997, to provides the customer with pre-fabricated steel structure.

For the above purpose, EFC provides standard products component for steel structure standards, which is developed by EFC in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) concept. With high quality products, ready stock of raw materials, standard product component support from Gunung Steel Group, combines with state-of-the-art CNC machineries and EFC's professional engineering team, customer satisfaction are ensured.
EFC annual production capacity is:

1. Industrial & Commercial Building : approx. 48.000 MT
2. Bridge : approx. 20.000 MT
3. Steel Tower : approx. 18.000 MT
4. Galvanizing Facility : approx. 30.000 MT

3D softwares is used to detail and to draw. The facility will automatically make cutting and drilling drawing, assembly drawing, bill of material and erection drawing. Furthermore, we have nesting and drawing facility for profiles and plates.

The Steel Service Center (SSC) brings to you the most high quality service for steel manufacturing and fabrication with the most advanced and precise computerized machines like CNC sawing machines, CNC drilling, cutting, punching, bending machines, machines for galvanizing & shot blasting etc.

With facilities spanning over 40.500 sqm, the Steel Service Center (SSC) brings to you the most high quality service for steel manufacturing and fabrication with the most advanced and precise computerized machines like CNC sawing machines, CNC drilling, cutting, punching, bending machines, machines for galvanizing & shot blasting etc. Together with GSG's mainstream products and experienced engineers of ESC, now our customers can buy cut-to-lenght/cut-to-shape or custom steel fabrication that meets their requirement and international quality standards.
