The presence of BSM since 1999, actually a blessing as well as post-lesson of economic and monetary crisis of 1997-1998. As known, the economic and monetary crisis since July 1997, followed by a multi-dimensional crisis, including the national political stage, has given rise to a variety of very great negative impact on all aspects of community life, business world is no exception.
