Head of Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement and Material Requirement Planning Team
• Responsible for all Strategic Procurement Activities such as Supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and development. Negotiate Long Term Agreements and Frame Contracts with focus on Global Value Sourcing. Keep Master Data and worldwide Approved Supplier List up to date
• Responsible for all Operational Procurement Activities such as fast processing of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Order negotiations, and Order Expediting. Close cooperation with the Logistic and ECC department.
• Responsible for Material Requirement Planning in close cooperation with the Manufacturing and Order Management Departments with focus on Inventory Reduction measures and implement Kaizen/Lean strategies.
• In general, responsible to design procurement processes based on global standards and to ensure adherence to them. Adaptation and implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and processes to ensure rationalization potential, to optimize productivity, and to meet safety requirements
• Actively support subordinates in complex and difficult procedures, be a good mentor to foster their development

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university (GPA >3.0)
2. Must have worked in a Manufacturing Company, preferably related to Large Steel Fabrication
3. Experience in Project Procurement or in complex Procurement Processes
4. Have at least 5 years of experience in a Managerial Function
5. Have at least 10 years of experience in strategic or operational procurement function
6. Must have proven experience in an international work environment with frequent contact to European, American, and/or Chinese Suppliers and Colleagues
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
8. Familiar with SAP
9. Good initiative and result orientation
10. Good networking and strategic orientation
11. Good intercultural sensitivity
12. Good value orientation with highest Compliance standards

Substation Automation Engineer

Jobs Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To design substation automation system
• To conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) For substation secondary system
• To trouble shoot for substation secondary system
• To do customer support
• To provide training for customer

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Power Electrical Engineering from reputable university
2. At least 3 years experience in engineering substation/power plant and HV/MV/LV switchgear is preferred.
3. Has experience in testing and commissioning of substation automation system
4. Has good understanding and experience on power system analysis (substation, power plant, system integrator, production plant or EPC)
5. Has competency in control system, SCADA system, telecommunication equipment (Multiplexer, Power Line Carrier)
6. Has good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skill
7. Fast learner and able to work independently or as a team player
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
9. Able to work under minimum or less supervision
10. Able to adapt faster in different situations and conditions
11. Able to work under time constraints and pressure
12. Willing to work on site either in Indonesia or overseas for certain duration of time
