Account Assistant - Contract for 6 months

Jobs Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Matching & encoding of supplier's invoices, staff claims via payment voucher
• Scanning of AP invoices to SSC
• Preparation, checking & verifying invoices booked by SSC
• Checking & verifying of 3rd party & staff payment proposals processed by SSC
• Checking & verifying AP reconciliation prepared by SSC on monthly basis
• Checking & processing of inter department invoices
• Advise SSC for booking of inter company invoices
• Checking of staff claims to ensure all forms & receipts are in place and that they comply with Philips policies
• Preparation of manual cheques
• Administration work for the SBSF department

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI or equivalent
• Hard-working and able to work independently
• Responsible
• Able to use Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred

Key Account Executive - CL (Ipoh)

Requirements:

• You must have a relevant degree and experience in handling key accounts and sales, preferably in electrical or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
• You should be hardworking, honest, innovative, result-oriented and able to strive in a fast-paced environment.You should also be willing to travel extensively with own transport.

Key Account Manager - International Electrical Specialist

Jobs Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• At-least 2 to 3 years sales experience in handling Key Account - International Electrical Specialist (such as Best Denki, Harvey Norman, & etc …).
• Responsible to develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with assign key accounts and new customers in order to meet the sales target.
• Periodically update on the market challenges and propose action to be taken.
• Exposure in FMCG will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the TV/AVM products with key account experience.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact with people of diverse backgrounds and different levels within customers organization
• Candidate must be independant and a self-starter
