Field Conductor Work locations at Kalimantan Timur - Balik Papan
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling daily operating procedures and data collection.
- Conducting trials and quality control activities via regular nursery and main estate visits.
- Conduct leaf and soil sampling, pest and disease census and analysis.
- Feasibility studies, troubleshoot, trials and land evaluations to explore new areas of improvement.
- Handle daily inquiries and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree or Diploma from recognized University/College, preferably specialized in Agriculture, Forestry or related disciplines.
- Candidates without tertiary qualification will also be considered but working experience of at least 7 years as supervisors in established plantation companies is essential.

- At least 7 years’ experience at executive level in large plantations. Candidates who have exposure to Malaysian or Foreign management system is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in development of oil palm plantations from primary jungle is required.
- Working knowledge of English is an added advantage.
