Currently, the company is looking for professional individual who are dedicated and integrated to be applied as a Specialist Network Project who will be placed at Doha, Qatar. The Purpose

Specialist Network Project at Ooredoo will responsible for managing and monitoring programs and projects include rollout in Network, such as across core, radio, access and transport networks. This role needs to coordinate and collaborate with network Functional team to understand network project requirements and prioritize projects in network to align it to BU strategy goals. This position also responsible for managing the overall delivery of more complex change requests for Technology BU within network.

In this position, you will work in the Technology Unit within Qtel. This is the backbone of the organization providing all technology services which enable Qtel to deliver its services to its customers across all technology platforms. This unit supports the Technology BU through project management of all programs and projects in Network and for managing the overall delivery of more complex change requests.

Description of Work

As a Specialist Network Project at Ooredoo, you must be able to manage large-scale Network programs and mega-projects, and coordinating across other functions. You will be assigned to coordinate Technical feasibility for project requests received from external BUs, in close consultation with relevant technology teams and align with requester on any change in scope.

This role is required to support the Head of Network Project Management in analyzing project pipeline and recommending changes in project portfolio, if any, and plan Network projects including coordinating specifications, budgets and timelines from relevant technical teams, in close consultation with their heads. This jobs will expected to develop program and project delivery plans, clearly defining roles and responsibilities and milestones.

The Specialist Network Project will act as the focal for all Fixed project-related communication, coordination needs form requesters in other BUs and external agencies include suppliers. Support relevant technical teams in conducting technical feasibility, defining specifications, project budgets, RFQs, RFPs, MC approvals etc. in close consultation with their relevant heads.
