The Company provides financing products to its customers, such as Bus and Truck Financing, Printing Machinery Financing, Heavy Equipments Financing, Plastic Machinery Financing, and Medical Equipment Financing. The Company was established in 1983 and formerly known as PT Sari Usaha Leasing. The name PT BTMU-BRI Finance was established in 2008. The Company operates as a joint venture company between The Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Company is based in Jakarta and establish several branches, including Bandung, Surabaya, Samarinda, and Medan.

To support the business expansion and its organic growth, currently PT BTMU-BRI Finance invites the best candidates to join as following positions below:

Senior Account Manager (SA)

Location : Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan and Samarinda

Requirements:

1. Male/Female with age max 35 years old
2. S1 from reputable university with major in Finance/Accounting/Marketing and min GPA 3.00
3. Min 3 years of working experience in similar position in Banking/Financial Company (SA)
4. Have a good knowledge and understanding about financial analysis
5. Good in build and maintain relationship with both supliers and customers
6. Have high selft-motivation, target oriented and "CAN DO" attitude
7. Able to work under pressure with meet tight deadline

Assistant Account Manager (ASM)

Requirements:

1. Male/Female with age max 24 years old
2. S1 from reputable university with major in Finance/Accounting/Marketing and min GPA 3.00
3. Have a good knowledge and understanding about financial analysis
4. Good in persuasive communication and negotiation skills
5. Have high selft-motivation, target oriented and "CAN DO" attitude
6. Able to work under pressure with meet tight deadline

Credit Analyst (CRD)

Requirements:

1. Male/Female with age max 26 years old
2. S1 from reputable university with major in Accounting and min GPA 3.00
3. Min 1 year of working experience as Credit Analyst in Banking/Financial Company, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
4. Have a good knowledge and understanding about financial analysis
5. Good in persuasive communication and negotiation skills

Accounting Staff (ACS)

Requirements:

1. Male/female with age max 30 years old
2. S1 from reputable university with major in Finance/Accounting/Taxation and min GPA 2.75
3. Having min 2 - 3 years experience in accounting/taxation
4. Have agood knowledge and understanding in basic accounting and taxation

Compliance Staff (CO)

Requirements:

1. Male/female with max age 24 years old
2. S1 from reputable university with major in Law and min GPA 3.00
3. Having min 1 year experience as a compliance staff, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
4. Have good writting skill for English report

Internal Audit Staff (IA)

Requirements:

1. Male, with age max 35 years old
2. S1 from reputable university with major in Accounting and min GPA 3.00
3. Having min 5 years experience as Internal Auditor in Banking/Finance Company
4. Have a good knowledge and understanding about financial analysis, auditing concepts, compliance and tax
5. Familiar with risk based audit
6. Willing to travel for business trip

General Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Oral and Written) is a must
• COmpute literate (Ms Office application)
• Have good communication and able to work both independent or in a team
• Strong in analytical thinking, accurate and detail oriented
