PT. Sumatera Persada Energi is Oil and Gas Company engaged in the exploration and production of West Kampar Block, in onshore of Central Sumatera under PSC contract to BPMIGAS.

Due to successful initial exploration effort, increasing exploration and development activities within the area, we are currently expanding our business and looking for highly qualified, competent and committed professional for Jakarta office as:

DRILLING ENGINEER

Drilling Engineer (DE)

Key Account-abilities:

1. • Report to Drilling Supervisor
2. • Prepare, plans, program, costs, logistical, and schedules for drilling activities
3. • Proficient in drilling and service contracts, engineering design and well planning
4. • Monitoring drilling progress, oversee safety management and ensure the protection of the environment
5. • An individual performer and a good team player

General Requirements

1. • Male, Bachelor degree with subject in engineering petroleum or mechanical is a must
2. • Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling covering from engineering and operational onshore operations
3. • APB certified preferred
4. • Must possess good management skill and experience in handling a drilling project
5. • Proficient in English (written and oral)

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Legal Manager (LM)

Key Account-abilities:

1. • Provide legal services, advice, assistance, and support to the management by dealing with a wide range of activities related to legal matters
2. • Prepare draft negotiate agreements necessary for SPE and its stakeholders
3. • Proficient to legal contract/agreement, dispute, legal opinion, legal administration
4. • Representative on legal matters to outside institutions such as Pertamina, BP MIGAS, Migas, Manpower Department
5. • Mastering Indonesian Oil and Gas regulations, PTK-007 certified preferred
6. • Should be a fast learner and a team worker
7. • Develop effective client relationships and market legal and business expertise
8. • Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines.

Legal Analyst (LA)

Key Account-abilities

1. • He/ She will reporting and assist Legal Manager for legal matters
2. • Prepare, draft negotiate agreements with individuals, companies, non-government organizations, and governments.
3. • Proficient to legal contract/agreement, dispute, legal opinion, legal administration
4. • Familiar and understanding of PTK-007 regulation
5. • Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines
6. • Administer company legal files, monitor for deadlines and obligations, issue reports.
7. • Should be a fast learner and a team worker

General requirements

1. • Male / Female, min 30 years old (LM), min 27 years old (LA)
2. • Bachelor Degree, Legal
3. • GPA > 3.00 from scale of 4.00
4. • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the field of Law and PSC terms (LM)
5. • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Law and PSC terms (LA)
6. • Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills
7. •Proficient with computer application
