PT Agis Tbk (IDX code: TMPI) was founded more than 30 years ago as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Sony products in Indonesia. In 1994, it co-founded Indonesia’s first pay-TV service (Indovision). It went public via backdoor-listing in 1996 through listed company PT Telaga Mas Pertiwi Indonesia (TMPI), an export-oriented shoe manufacturer whose operations have since been discontinued.

Today, Agis is a fully integrated consumer electronics company with over 300 employees. It not only continues to represent Sony in Indonesia but other brands as well, with whom it is actively involved from product planning, to brand management, to product servicing. Its consumer electronics distribution network spans more than 1000 independent retail shops all over Indonesia. Its owned retail chain covers more than 4,000 sqm of display space in five major malls in three cities and is the only retail chain that offers its own product warranty, nationwide delivery service, and product insurance. Its after-sale service network spans more than 25 service centers throughout the archipelago.

Graphic Designer

Requirements:

• Min. D3/S1 in graphic design
• Max. 27 years old
• Fluent in english language
• Strong motivation
• Artistic & pleasant personality
• Familiar with graphic design softwares (ex: Adobe Photoshop & Corel Draw)

Accounting

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. S1 in accounting
• Max. 27 years old
• Analytical & target oriented
• 1 year of experience in the same position
• Familiar with accounting softwares

Administration Staff

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. SLTA/SMK
• Attention to details, honest & responsible
• Able to operate computer well
• 1 year of experience in the same position

Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. S1 from any educational background
• Max. 27 years old
• Strong leadership, attractive, friendly & communicative
• Fluent in english language
• 1 year of experience (preferably in retail)
• Able to work in shifts

Sales Counter

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. SLTA/SMK
• Max. 25 years old
• Attractive, friendly, communicative, target oriented, hard working & good integrity
• 1 year of experience
• Able to work in shifts

Secretary

Requirements:

• Female
• Min. D3 in secretary
• Max. 28 years old
• Attractive, attention to details, honest & responsible
• Fluent in english language (& mandarin preferably)
• Able to operate computer well
• 1 year of experience in the same position

Cashier

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. SLTA/SMK
• Attention to details, honest & responsible
• Able to operate computer & EDC machine well
• 1 year of experience in the same position

Customer Service

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. SLTA/SMK
• Attention to details, honest & responsible
• Able to operate computer well
• 1 year of experience in the same position

Marketing Staff

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. S1 from any educational background
• Max. 27 years old
• Attractive & analytical
• Able to operate computer well
• 1 year of experience in related field

Business Development Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration/Management or Economics or Business Law from a Top University.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• Min. 3 years experience in the same or related field.
• Resourceful, independent and able to perform multi-tasking
• Posses a good business network
• Possess necessary knowledge of legal and regulatory issues.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
• Max age 40.
• Superior interpersonal skill with positive work attitude, ethics and a team player.
