Market Supply Chain Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate sales, stock and discount information to local management.
- Responsible for controlling and ensuring the implementation of the agreed stock level in all distributors and theirs branches.
- Responsible to coordinate the proper sales forecasting process on a timely basis.
- Responsible to make forecast & order to vendor for finished goods import and local redressing activities as necessary.
- Responsible to prepare the document for import clearance process, to government / local FDA
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Pharmacy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Candidate must posses analytical skill
- Willing to work with tight deadline
- Customer oriented
Responsibilities:
- Support Procurement Manager to run procurement process such as :
- Save cost, ensure the optimal choices of suppliers and amount.
- Optimize procurement coverage in all business related matters
- Improve quality and internal control
- Optimizing purchasing of goods and services within defined spend categories to meet the needs of internal customers, in compliance with the purchasing/sourcing process and company procedures.
- Support the administrative task of procurement process from the purchase request to the receiving of goods and services, including claim management
- Bachelor Degree any field
- Having 2-3 years experience in similar position
- Having experience in pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
- Computer literate and Having experience in relevant SAP skill is preferable
- Fluent in English
- Possessing high self-confidence, strong interpersonal/communication skill and teamwork
