Hoka Hoka Bento was first established under the auspices of PT Eka Bogainti. With the first restaurant is located in Garden Beans, Jakarta. Hoka Hoka Bento serves Japanese food is healthy, varied, hygienic, fast food at affordable prices and comfortable atmosphere.

Hoka Hoka Bento precisely up to July 2008, during the period of 23 years, we've grown and developed with the present 97 stores spread across Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Cilegon, Surabaya and Malang.

At the moment we open several job with qualifications as below and the following positions:

Man Power Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the current labor supply
2. Make estimates of future workforce
3. Develop programs of work
4. Design and organize a career path program

Requirements:

• Age max. 30 years
• Bachelor Degree from any major, with GPA 3.00
• At least 3 years experience in energy planning
• Have the experience to analyze, plan and organize the labor needs
• Having a good knowledge of the workload analysis
• Having a good initiative and problem solving skills
• Have a good ability to think analytically, good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to communicate well and good interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)

Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the current labor supply
2. Make estimates of future workforce

Requirements:

• Age, maximum 28 years
• Bachelor degree of Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 1 year experience as Accounting Staff
• Have the ability to high volume data entry skills
• Have experience in general ledger account coding
• Have the ability to time-management skills, organizational and communication
• Fluent in computer (Excel)

Maintenance Utility Section Head

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 32 years
• Education min. D3 (Department of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigasi)
• Comprehend and understand electrical systems, production machinery and refrigeration (Freezers, Chiller, etc.)
• A driver's license
• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Section Head min. 2 years

Finance Budget Controller Dept.Head

Requirements:

• Male, max. 30 years
• Min. Bachelor's Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Have a good experience and knowledge in modeling the budget, cost control, data control, etc.
• At least 4 year (s) of working experience as a man, max. 30 years
• Min. Bachelor's Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Have a good experience and knowledge in modeling the budget, cost control, data control, etc.
• At least 4 year (s) of working experience as a Finance Budget Supervisory Dept.Head

Administration Staff

Requirements:

• Male or Female, single, max. 25 years
• Min. Each Diploma Major
• Have 1 year experience in a similar position is a priority
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fluent in computer
• Being able to create reports (tables, graphs / charts, statistics, mathematical calculations, etc.)
• Charging system is able to create a good document
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Both the appearance and service-oriented
• Hardworking, high initiative, full responsibility, and results oriented

Property Manager

Requirements:

• Age 35-45 years
• Master or Bachelor degree from reputable university major in civil engineering or architecture
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Property Manager
• Excellence to coordinate and organize parties outside the company and all team personnel in the division
• Control of property management and project management
• Have a good ability to control the functions of finance, cash flow, the activity of the division and expenditure of the project within budget
• Mastering the English language and computer literacy
• Excellence in communication and leadership skills
