PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) established under the Act - Indonesia Capital Market Act 1995 to provide clearing services and guarantee the orderly settlement of stock exchange transactions, fair and efficient. KPEI established as a limited liability company by deed No.. 8 dated August 5, 1996 in Jakarta by Indonesia Stock Exchange with 100% ownership of the founders of the total shares worth Rp 15 billion. KPEI obtain status as a legal entity on 24 September 1996 with the approval of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia. Two years later, on June 1, 1998, the Company received a business license as Clearing is based on the Decree of Bapepam. Kep-26/PM/1998.

In 2000 with the implementation of Script less Trading, KPEI as Clearing improve the quality of its services by launching a service e-Clears ® in July 2000. KPEI to date constantly develop ourselves to providing the best service for the Indonesian Capital Market.

KPEI as Clearing has the function as a Central Counter party (Partner Central balances), which ensures the completion of transactions on the stock exchange.

Acts as Central Counter party, KPEI implement a novation clearing where the legal relationship between the Clearing Members of creating rights and obligations to the exchange transaction is done, turning into a legal relationship between Clearing Member concerned with KPEI.

Training & Development Staff
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support for the formulation and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency.
  • Planning, organizing and implementing of HR programs, including training & development, communication program and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity.
  • Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources Information System
Requirements:
  1. Min. Bachelors Degree from state universities from any major;
  2. Fresh graduate with min. GPA: 3 (scale : 4.00);
  3. Good written and spoken in English;
  4. Personal skills:
  5. Analytical thinking and high achievement
  6. Good team work and continuous learning
  7. Good communication & interpersonal skill
  8. Self Starter
Risk Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelors degree from reputable universities in Finance, Economics or Risk Management
  • Min. GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00);
  • Age max. 28 years old;
  • Good written and spoken in English;
  • Have certificate, experience, and familiar in Capital Market activities is an advantage
Personal skills:
  1. Excellent analytical and systematical skills;
  2. Highly motivated and initiative;
  3. Achievement of excellence;
  4. Willing to work hard and under pressure;
  5. Be able to work in a team environment.
  6. Fresh graduate is welcomed
