Responsibilities

• Company Secretarial

Assisting in administration of Company Secretarial matters- including resolutionsng, updating statutory documents, etc.

• Original Documents Directory

Maintaining a register of all Original Documents, particularly Agreements, Licences, Permits, etc.

• Consumer Complaints/Matters

First point of contact for consumer complaints/issues that are escalated from Guest Services/ Customer Services.
Addressing consumer issues in the light of T&Cs and existing conventions.

• General Operational Work

Day-to-day operations, including reviewing documents & drafting where required
Advising on possible liability/exposure/compliance issues where required
Advising on insurance matters

• When external legal advice is required

Overseeing external legal counsel
Liaising between external counsel & internal departments

• Regulatory/ Government Relations

Liaising with local & overseas regulatory bodies (eg: DCA, CAAS, etc)
First point of contact for regulatory matters

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Litigation Experience.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably specializing in Aviation or equivalent.
6. 1 Full-Time positions available.
7. Experience in aviation law and or/ financing is a plus
8. Must have practiced in a law firm
