Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The Role :

• To drive and ensure that all warehouse activities (receiving goods, storages, delivery of goods) are managed and implemented properly
• To ensure a high accuracy of stock and prevent the stock against damages
• To ensure a continuously improvement program are in placed in Warehouse strategies

Responsibilities:

• Optimize continuously equipment and space utilization of the warehouse
• Ensure a high accuracy of stock
• Check stock movement and documentation
• Manage slow moving stock in raw packing and finished goods stores
• Organize recall of out dated and damaged stock from depots
• Prevent materials and goods against loss and damages
• Control the requested delivery of goods between / from the factories / warehouse to all DCs
• Plan, conduct and control stock taking
• Develop and maintain warehouse systems and procedures
• Control utilization of factory petty cash

Requirements:

1. Must be a minimum of 25 years old
2. Min Bachelor Degree in any field
3. Having min 4 years experiences in Logistics and Warehousing, and at least 3 years in the same position
4. Good in English both oral and written
5. Knowledge in Inventory System, Warehouse Management System and Distribution System
6. Familiar with MS Office (excel, words, power point) and WMS
7. Honest, good communication and interpersonal skill and able to motivate subordinates

Transport Admin & Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily activity report from operation
• Monitor daily transportation activity such as check the completeness of daily activity report, delivery realization, petty cash report, matting dropper etc.
• Prepare bi-weekly incentive report
• Check the correctness of invoice from vendor including invoice date, vehicle type, delivery destination, drop point, price and overnight charge
• Review Purchase Requisition (PR) from all department
• Negotiate with vendor for getting the competitive price
• Create and monitor Purchase Order (PO)

Transport Supervisor

Jobs Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Ensure and supervise Dispatchers in arranging delivery schedules & routes to make sure all the goods sent on time and in good conditions with efficient costs.
• Ensure all the delivery documents signed and returned to office as the SOP.
• Supervise and control Admin Staff in Petty Cash usage and reports.
• Check the correctness of TMS Report that been doing / entry by Admin Staff and make sure that the reports are submitted in daily basis to Head Office.
• Supervise the usage of trucks by Drivers, ensure that all the Drivers & Assistants taking good care for the Trucks, such as maintain the cleanness and make sure all Trucks in good condition.
• Make sure all the Drivers comply with all safety protocols.
• Ensure the good record of Transport Staffs attendance.
• Make sure and manage all the licenses (STNK, IBM, SIPA) are renewed as the schedules.
• Make records for all Trucks services and for all renewed licenses.

Requirements:

1. Male, age max 35 years old and min 28 years old
2. Min D3
3. Having min 5 years experiences in Managing Trucking and Micro Distribution
4. Knowledge about National Logistic would be an advantage
5. Having a wide network with most of transporters (Land & Sea)
6. Familiar with English
7. Familiar with MS Office (excel, words) and TMS
8. Honest, good communication and interpersonal skill and able to manage staffs.
9. To be placed in Jakarta
