The world's attention towards standardization as one instrument in expediting the implementation of trade flows increased. To facilitate trade transactions, the standard should be referenced from the standards prepared by international standardization organizations such as ISO (International Organization For Standardization), IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) and other standardization organizations of the world. The birth of the demand for assurance and quality assurance of goods and services developed through technical regulations based on standards to provide consumer protection aspects of health, safety, security and preservation of the environment in accordance with the provisions of the WTO TBT (technical barriers to trade) and SPS (Sanitary and phytosanitary Agreements).
