PT Global Land Development Tbk (Company) was established on June 11, 1990 under the name PT Kridaperdana Indahgraha, Tbk, yanq engaged in the property sector and its derivatives. Tax Officer (TO) for the placement of Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Administration of Taxation.
  • Ensuring all transactions in a company that raises taxes properly managed.
  • Up-Date in tax laws and inform the immediate supervisor and the other party (Intern Company).
Requirements:
  1. Male / Female age max 30 years.
  2. S1 Economics.
  3. Minimum 2 years experience.
  4. Understand the rules - the rules relating to taxation.
  5. Bravet A / B (optional).
  6. Can be associated with the tax man and a 3rd party.
  7. Computer literate (MS Office).
Corporate Secretary Officer (CSO) for the placement of Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Coordination and assisting in the preparation of the AGM.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate activities Tbk.
  • Create reports BAPEPAM and the Stock Exchange.
  • E-Electronic Reporting to the exchange.

Requirements:
  1. Male max 50 years
  2. Minimum S1 Engineering Architect
  3. Minimum 3 years experience of High Rise Building Project
  4. Mastering Autocad
  5. Can be coordinated with related konstultan
  6. Used to quickly make decisions
  7. Can work in teams and under pressure
  8. Honest loyal and dedicated
  9. Computer literate (Ms Office)
Recruitment Officer (RO) for the placement of Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and update data base of corporate recruitment needs
  • Sourcing and selection of CV
  • Facilitate the recruitment process of the interview, psychological test, the MCU to sign a contract
  • Prepare all administrative and SPK candidates
Requirements:
