Responsibilities:

• Perform secretarial and executive support activities to assist administrator and executives involved in the development, implementation, and executive management of programs and policies for departments

Requirements:

• Female, single, with max 35 years old
• Min. Diploma 3 majoring Secretary background from reputable institute (Tarakanita is a plus)
• Min. 5 (five) years experience in secretarial field
• Have an excellent communication skills and ability to write a report in English and both oral
• Able to speak Chinese will be an advantage
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Power Point; Excel and Word)
